About the Role
Come and lead our dream team at Llandudno Town Centre Premier Inn, ensuring every guest experiences our famous hotel as welcoming, safe, and brilliant. If you’ve successfully led teams (especially in retail or management), this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
Lead a reliable, high-performing team, managing:
- Health & safety standards
- Exceptional guest experience
- Hotel operations & daily logistics
Use your leadership, communication, and organisational skills to drive excellence. No prior Premier Inn experience needed—immediate start with all leadership relevant.

Details
- Pay: Up to £13.86/hour (day shift)
- Hours: 32 per week
- Contract: Fixed-term (until Sept 2026) – no zero-hours contracts!
- Location: Vaughan St, Llandudno, LL30 1AG
- Start: Immediate
