Duty Manager – Premier Inn Oxford Kidlington (Airport) Hotel

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a reliable, high-performing team to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Enhance guest experience with exceptional service and attentiveness to detail
- Oversee key aspects of hotel administration including health & safety compliance
- Handle day-to-day operational challenges with confidence and clarity
- Use communication, organisational, and leadership skills to drive success

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience (preferably in retail or hospitality)
- Strong team management abilities with a track record of turnout
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Salary & Contract
- Pay Rate: Up to £14.36 per hour (day shift)
- Contract Type: Permanent – no zero-hours agreements
- Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days
- Location: Premier Inn Oxford Kidlington (Airport) Unit 2, Oxford Technology Park, Technology Drive, OX5 1GN
