About the Role
We're currently recruiting for a Hotel Duty Manager at Premier Inn in Rochester.
Come and lead our dream team to ensure every aspect of our famous hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and outstanding.
Role Overview
Working 35 hours per week, this Permanent role (no zero hours contracts) pays up to £13.86 per hour (day shift) and offers immediate start with full leadership experience equity.
This position is perfect for someone with experience in retail, team leadership, or hospitality looking to progress into management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences:
- Manage health & safety standards while fostering a positive work culture
- Ensure smooth operational flow across all hotel functions
- Use organisational & communication skills to maintain high-performing team performance
- Drive emotionally intelligent guest interactions that build loyalty

Skills & Experience
We look for a dedicated professional with:
- Proven experience leading teams (preferably in a retail or customer service context)
- Communication skills to inspire confidence and clarity

Previous roles need not be in hospitality—transferred skills count.
