Hotel Duty Manager
Hotel Duty Manager – Poole Centre (Holes Bay), Premier Inn
We're currently recruiting Hotel Duty Managers in our Poole Centre (Holes Bay) Premier Inn, offering:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift)
- Permanent contract (no zero hours)
About the Role
Join our team as a Duty Manager and lead a committed group of colleagues to deliver Premier Inn's renowned hotel experience. This role is ideal for leaders with experience in retail or team management who know how to inspire others while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team ensuring seamless hotel operations
- Supervise all elements of guest experience, safety and hospitality
- Manage health & safety standards, team effectiveness and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven managerial experience (especially in retail)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving ability
- Organisational skills with attention to detail
