Duty Manager - Aldershot Premier Inn

About the Role
We're currently recruiting for our Aldershot Premier Inn, offering a 24-hour weekly role with a pay rate of up to £13.86 per hour.
Lead our dream team to ensure every aspect of our famous hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and exceptional.
If you’ve got experience in retail or other jobs where you have successfully led people before, this role is the perfect next step in management.
We’re looking for a dedicated professional who:
- Knows how to deliver outstanding customer experience
- Has the skills to inspire and manage teams
- Brings immediate, relevant leadership experience (no prior Premier Inn experience required)

Job Details
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift)
- Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hours contracts)
- Hours: 24 hours per week, including weekends
- Location: Premier Inn Aldershot, Aldershot, GU11 1SQ

What You’ll Do
