Duty Manager – York City (Blossom St South) Premier Inn
Location: 28-40 Blossom Street, York, YO24 1AJ Hours: 37 hours per week Rate: Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift) Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hour contracts)

We’re looking for a dedicated professional who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experience and who can inspire and motivate others. An immediate start is possible, and leadership experience is invaluable—though, no prior Premier Inn experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Manage a reliable, high-performing team to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Apply retail management experience to enhance staff efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Uphold health & safety standards while creating a superior guest experience
- Use strong communication and organisational skills to coordinate all hotel functions
- Lead front-of-house excellence and ensures services align with Premier Inn’s standards
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience, particularly in retail or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication, organisational, and team-management abilities
- Commitment to delivering outstanding service and maintaining high guest satisfaction
