Location: Museum Of Kent, Lock Ln, Maidstone, ME14 3AU Contract: Permanent Hours: 30 hours per week Pay Rate: Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift)
About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead a reliable, high-performing team to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Apply your communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills to maintain health & safety standards.
- Create a flexible and exceptional guest experience from check-in to checkout.
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks while overseeing staff performance efficiently.
Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in a similar retail or hospitality setting,Ready to take control?
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience (retail, hospitality, or management background ideal).
- Strong communications and organisational skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
