Duty Manager – Premier Inn Cockermouth
Role Overview Join Premier Inn in Cockermouth as a Duty Manager in a team-driven environment, delivering outstanding customer experiences and leading operational excellence. About the Role
As Duty Manager, you’ll take ownership of ensuring every guest leaves satisfied, every team member is inspired, and every operational process runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Lead with confidence: Direct a fantastic team to uphold Premier Inn’s reputation for welcoming, safe, and impeccable service.

- Operations & compliance: Oversee health & safety, housekeeping, and service standards—guaranteeing excellence in guest satisfaction and team performance.
