Duty Manager - Premier Inn
Location: Edinburgh A1 (Musselburgh) Contract: Permanent (No Zero-Hour Contracts) Working Hours: 20 hours per week (3 days) Pay Rate: Up to £13.86 per hour
About the Role
Come and be a Duty Manager at Premier Inn in our Musselburgh, Edinburgh, hotel.
Lead our dream team to ensure every aspect of our famous hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and exceptional. If you’ve previously managed teams in retail or other customer-facing roles, this could be the perfect next step for your management career.
We’re looking for a dedicated professional who thrives in delivering outstanding customer experience and inspiring others to excel.
Immediate start – with all relevant leadership experience accepted.

Your Responsibilities
As a Duty Manager, you’ll:
- Lead a high-performing team to ensure smooth and professional hotel operations.
- Apply your management experience to improve efficiency, health & safety standards, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Use strong communication and organisational skills to drive success.

Requirements
- Proven experience of leading teams (especially in retail or hospitality).
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering excellence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and security in a fast-paced environment.
