Job Details
- Location: Blackpool Bispham Premier Inn, Bispham, Blackpool, FY2 0AJ
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift)
- Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hours contracts)
- Hours: 16 hours per week, including weekends
- Immediate Start: Available with all relevant leadership experience

Responsibilities
Join our team as a Duty Manager responsible for:
- Managing a high-performing team to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Overseeing a reliable and professional staff that delivers an exceptional guest experience.
- Applying strong leadership experience (particularly from retail sectors) to:
- Maintain health & safety standards.
- Enhance customer service excellence.
- Support logistical and organisational efficiency.
- Leading with clear communication skills, teamwork, and integration of industry best practices.
Requirements
- Leadership experience: Proven track record in managing teams (especially from retail or customer-facing roles).
- Dedication to customer service: A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Motivational skills: Ability to inspire and develop a welcoming, high-standard hotel environment.
