About the Role

Job Details

  • Location: Blackpool Bispham Premier Inn, Bispham, Blackpool, FY2 0AJ
  • Pay Rate: Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift)
  • Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hours contracts)
  • Hours: 16 hours per week, including weekends
  • Immediate Start: Available with all relevant leadership experience

Responsibilities

Join our team as a Duty Manager responsible for:

  • Managing a high-performing team to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Overseeing a reliable and professional staff that delivers an exceptional guest experience.
  • Applying strong leadership experience (particularly from retail sectors) to:
    • Maintain health & safety standards.
    • Enhance customer service excellence.
    • Support logistical and organisational efficiency.
  • Leading with clear communication skills, teamwork, and integration of industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience: Proven track record in managing teams (especially from retail or customer-facing roles).
  • Dedication to customer service: A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Motivational skills: Ability to inspire and develop a welcoming, high-standard hotel environment.
  • Inclusivity & adaptability: Commitment to diversity and workforce accessibility, including flexibility for part-time/full-time working arrangements.
