Duty Manager – Shrewsbury North (Harmer Hill) Premier Inn

Location & Contract

  • Base: Shrewsbury North (Harmer Hill), Premier Inn (full address to be provided)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Pay: Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift)
  • Contract: Permanent (no zero-hour contracts)
  • Start: Immediate, with all leadership experience relevant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management:

    • Manage a reliable, high-performing team to ensure smooth hotel operations
    • Utilise your retail management experience to inspire and lead
    • Maintain health & safety standards and implement best practices
  • Customer Experience:

    • Deliver exceptional guest service from reception to room service
    • Address guest feedback and ensure satisfaction
  • Operational Excellence:

    • Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house management
    • Meet performance targets while maintaining hotel standards

Requirements & Commitments

  • Successful leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or another people-focused environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
