Hotel - Duty Manager
Duty Manager - Premier Inn, Glastonbury
Location: Glastonbury Premier Inn Morland Road, Glastonbury, Somerset, BA6 9FW
Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hours contracts) Hours: 24 per week Pay Rate: Up to £13.86 per hour
We're currently recruiting in our Glastonbury location, offering a permanent position paying up to £13.86 per hour and working 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a reliable, high-performing team to ensure all operations at Glastonbury Premier Inn run smoothly.
- Apply leadership skills from retail or similar environments to enhance guest experience, maintaining high health & safety standards.
- Execute excellent communication and organisation to cover all aspects of day-to-day hotel management.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for all team members and guests.
Leadership Experience:
Relevant immediate start role with no prior experience required beyond management or team leadership in retail.
