Responsibilities
As Duty Manager, you’ll:
- Lead a high-performing team to ensure a positive, welcoming, and engaging guest experience.
- Oversee operations, including health & safety standards and smooth, efficient service.
- Apply experience in retail or team leadership to communicate effectively, organise workflows, and deliver outstanding customer care.
- Ensure every aspect of our hotel experience meets our high standards.

Requirements
We’re looking for a dedicated manager with:
- Proven leadership experience, particularly in a customer-facing, retail, or team environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to inspire and guide a team while maintaining our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and hospitality.
