Lead our dream team to make sure every aspect of our famous hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and brilliant.
Ideal for candidates with experience in retail or other leadership roles, where you have successfully managed teams and delivered outstanding customer service.
We’re looking for a dedicated, coachable professional who thrives on delivering exceptional experiences while encouraging and motivating others.
Immediate start available – leadership experience in withdraw applications is welcome.
Key Responsibilities
As a Duty Manager, you’ll:
- Lead and train a reliable, high-performing team to ensure smooth operation of the hotel
- Implement health & safety regulations while maintaining a polished guest experience
- Demonstrate strong communication, organisational, and team-coaching abilities
- Follow a proven model of exceptional hotel management in the Premier Inn system
