About the Role

This is an immediate start opportunity with all leadership experience valued. No degrees required—just the right attitude and skills.
Responsibilities
As a Duty Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a reliable team to deliver Premier Inn’s world-famous hotel experience, ensuring safety, friendliness, and consistency across all areas.
- Managing daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and reception.
- Overseeing health, safety, and security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Upholding high guest satisfaction levels by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and reinforcing a culture of exceptional service.
- Setting clear expectations, providing training and support, and mentoring staff to enhance performance.
- Working 3 days a week over 22 hours, offering flexibility suited to your lifestyle.

Requirements
- You must have successfully led teams before, especially in retail or customer-facing industries.
- Proven leadership skills, excellent organisational and communication abilities, and a track record of driving performance.
- Experience handling operational challenges calmly and efficiently.
- Ideal candidates will be:
