Hotel Duty Manager – Uttoxeter Premier Inn | ±13.86 per hour (Permanent)
About the Role
Come and be a Hotel Duty Manager at Premier Inn in Uttoxeter!
Lead our dream team to ensure every aspect of our famous hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and brilliant.
We’re looking for a dedicated professional with experience in leadership—preferably from retail or team-previous roles—who can drive outstanding customer service and inspire others.
An immediate start is available, offering all relevant leadership experience recognition.
Pay Rate
- Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift)
Contract Type
- Permanent (no zero-hour contracts!)

Responsibilities
As Duty Manager at Uttoxeter Premier Inn, you’ll:
- Lead a reliable, high-performing team, ensuring smooth operations and a personalised guest experience.
- Use your proven leadership skills in retail (or similar) to manage:
- Health & Safety compliance
- Staff motivation & communication
- Day-to-day operations for exceptional guest service
