Duty Manager – Rainham (Kent) Premier Inn
Location: Rainham (Kent) Premier Inn, High Street, Rainham, Gillingham, ME8 7JE
Pay: Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift)
Contract: Permanent – no zero-hour contracts
Hours: 8 hours per week
About the Role
Join Premier Inn in Rainham (Kent) as a Duty Manager and lead a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. If you have experience in retail, leadership, or team management, this role is your next step into hotel management.
We're looking for a dedicated professional with strong customer service skills, experience in people management, and the ability to inspire a team to perform at its best.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team to ensure smooth, welcoming, safe, and excellent hotel operations.
- Apply proven leadership experience (especially from retail/management) to manage health & safety, team coordination, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times, aligning with Premier Inn’s famous hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with staff to maintain hotel standards, resolve challenges, and create a positive, inclusive workplace.
