Hotel Duty Manager
Hotel Duty Manager - Rochester Premier Inn
Come and be a Duty Manager at Premier Inn in Rochester. Lead our dream team to make sure every aspect of our famous hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and brilliant. Whether you’ve got experience in retail or other jobs where you’ve successfully led people before, this role is perfect to step up your management career.

- Immediate start – with leadership experience relevant
- 35 hours per week, permanent contract (no zero-hours!) at up to £13.86 per hour (day shift)
- Part of Premier Inn, part of Whitbread (operators of restaurants, clubs, and hotels)
About the Role
As Duty Manager, your proven leadership skills will be essential in:
- Managing a reliable, high-performing team to ensure smooth hotel operations under your direction.
- Ensuring world-class customer experience through guest-focused hospitality.
- Overseeing health & safety standards while maintaining meticulous organisation.
- Supporting employees with a warm welcome and drawing on administrative training tailored for efficiency.
