Duty Manager - Plymouth City Centre (Lockyers Quay) Premier Inn

We're currently recruiting for a Duty Manager position in Plymouth City Centre (Lockyers Quay). Working 21 hours per week, at a pay rate of up to £13.86 per hour.
Led by our dream team, you'll ensure that every aspect of the famous Premier Inn hotel experience is met with warmth, safety, and excellence.
Key to this role is your experience in leadership and team management, particularly in retail or customer-facing environments.
If you've successfully led teams before and want to take that management experience to the next level, this role is perfect for you.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage a high-performing team to ensure smooth & exceptional service
- Oversee all operational aspects of the hotel
- Lead in health & safety compliance while maintaining a guest-focused environment
- Leverage communication & organisational skills to enhance guest satisfaction
- Introduce and uphold Premier Inn’s top-tier standards
Key Attributes
- Proven track record in team leadership
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments

Contract Details

- Hours: 21 hours per week (over 3 days)
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift)
