Duty Manager – Market Harborough Premier Inn
We're currently recruiting for our Market Harborough Premier Inn. This is a 40-hour-per-week role, offering up to £13.86 per hour.

Come and be a Duty Manager at Premier Inn in Market Harborough.
Lead our dream team to ensure every aspect of our famous hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and brilliant.
If you’ve got experience in retail or other leadership-focused roles, then this role is perfect as your next step in management.
We’re looking for a dedicated professional who can deliver outstanding customer experience and inspire others.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-performing team ensuring the hotel runs smoothly.
- Apply experience in retail or team leadership to excel in a hospitality environment.
- Ensure excellence in health & safety standards.
- Create an exceptional guest experience through strong communication and organisation.
- Oversee all operational aspects of guest services, accommodation quality, and cleaning.

Person Specification
Successful candidates should have:
- Leadership experience, ideally in retail, frontline environments, or team management.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to deliver outstanding service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound organisational abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Location & Working Hours
📍 Premier Inn, Market Harborough 📍 Melton Road, East Langton, Market Harborough, LE16 7FD.
🕒 40 hours per week, across 5 days. Varied shifts available: evenings, nights, weekends, public and bank holidays included.
