Your Purpose
The Hotel Engineering Supervisor is responsible for:
- Managing the daily operation of assigned vessels within the fleet.
- Implementing changes or developments as needed.
- Budgeting, planned maintenance, and liaising with Classification Societies for inspections and results acceptance.
- Overseeing inspections, audits, projects, renovations or refurbishments across guest, public, and crew areas.
- Preparing reports and making written recommendations after onboard visits.
Your Impact
- Ensures maintenance aligns with company, environmental, and health standards.
- Leads and manages maintenance teams, establishing guidelines.
- Oversees dry-dock works planning.
- Manages ship requests, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Advises on energy-saving efficiencies and cost reductions.
- Maintains daily communication with Engine Officers onboard.
- Assists vessels in resolving technical issues in hotel areas.
- Collaborates with Engine Superintendents.
- Manages all planned and unplanned jobs in hotel operations.

Your Journey So Far
Requirements include:
- Experience onboard cruise vessels, preferably as a Hotel Engineer.
- Proficiency in Fidelio and MMS systems (Amos knowledge is a plus).
- Fluent English (oral and written).
- Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work successfully in teams.
- Apex ability to prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines.
