About the Role
JWR is recruiting an experienced Hotel General Manager for a leading branded hotel with over 150 bedrooms.
We are seeking a commercially driven, hands-on leader with a proven track record of:
- Managing large branded hotels
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Driving financial performance
- Developing high-performing teams

Ideal Candidate
- Current or recent Hotel General Manager within a branded hotel
- Experience managing hotels with 150+ bedrooms
- Strong commercial and operational background across Rooms and Food & Beverage
- Proven ability to drive:
- Revenue
- Profitability
- Guest satisfaction
- Team engagement
- Inspirational leader with exceptional people management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for hotel operations and commercial performance
- Lead, motivate, and develop the senior management team
- Deliver:
- Brand standards
- Exceptional guest service
- Financial targets
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement
