Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager, ideally within the 4-star sector Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations Solid financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and maximising revenue Good understanding of health and safety regulations and hotel compliance standards Warm, approachable personality with a hands-on approach to problem-solving Knowledge of the Glasgow market and local industry trends is a plus
