Combining rich heritage with exceptional hospitality, our riverside hotel, restaurant, bar and events spaces offer guests an unforgettable experience in one of Lincolnshire's most iconic destinations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about developing teams, building community relationships, and delivering operational excellence.

About The White Hart

A grand coaching inn rebuilt in 1804, The White Hart blends period charm with modern comfort. Featuring 26 stylish ensuite bedrooms, a bustling courtyard bar, riverside restaurant, meeting and event spaces, and stunning views of St Botolph's Church ("Boston Stump"), we are proud to be at the centre of Boston's hospitality scene.

Our menus celebrate the very best of Lincolnshire produce, showcasing modern British cuisine crafted with locally sourced ingredients. Whether guests are staying overnight, dining with us, hosting an event or simply enjoying a coffee by the river, we strive to deliver memorable experiences at every touchpoint.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
