Hotel Kitchen Manager

Kitchen Manager – London Euston, Premier Inn

Salary: £38,000 – £42,500

About the Role

As Kitchen Manager for Premier Inn, you will oversee the daily success and operations of Thyme Restaurant. Your focus will be on fostering an exceptional team and providing the very best service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Hotel Manager in recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new Kitchen team members.
  • Demonstrating leadership through hands-on management and clear communication to set high standards via pre-shift briefings and motivating team discussions.
  • Managing stock control and food margins efficiently.
  • Ensuring compliance with NSF, EHO (Environmental Health Officer), and Health & Safety audits to high standards.
  • Maintaining brand and operational standards in food delivery.
  • Driving individual high performance through continuous feedback, development, and regular one-to-one meetings.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a keen eye for detail.
  • Showing passion for the brand by ensuring your team remains knowledgeable and confident.
