Location: Wolverhampton Rd, Oldbury B69 2BH Working Hours: 40 per week Pay Rate: Up to £14.31 per hour


About the Role

Join our team in Birmingham Oldbury as a Kitchen Team Leader and advance your Chef career. This role provides day-to-day kitchen management, including:

  • Rotas and food ordering
  • Leading high-stakes services
  • Ensuring audits and compliance with food quality and hygiene
  • Collaborating closely with the Hotel Manager to achieve excellence

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Management & Cost Control:
    • Responsible for food ordering, stock control, and ensuring food costs stay on track for the entire hotel.
