Location: Wolverhampton Rd, Oldbury B69 2BH Working Hours: 40 per week Pay Rate: Up to £14.31 per hour
About the Role
Join our team in Birmingham Oldbury as a Kitchen Team Leader and advance your Chef career. This role provides day-to-day kitchen management, including:
- Rotas and food ordering
- Leading high-stakes services
- Ensuring audits and compliance with food quality and hygiene
- Collaborating closely with the Hotel Manager to achieve excellence

Key Responsibilities
- Food Management & Cost Control:
- Responsible for food ordering, stock control, and ensuring food costs stay on track for the entire hotel.
