About the Role
Join our team at Farnborough Town Centre Premier Inn as a Kitchen Team Member! Whether you're fresh out of school, returning to work, or looking for flexible career opportunities, this role is perfect for you.
Help us prepare, cook, and serve delicious meals to Premier Inn guests. We’ll provide on-the-job training and support from the start, and this role offers a clear career path within our growing team.

Positions available:
- Hours: 16 hours per week (flexible arrangements available)
- Pay rate: Up to £13.06 per hour
- Contract type: Permanent (no zero-hour contracts)
- Location: 3 Kingsmead, Farnborough GU14 7SJ

Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our guests
- Plating and presenting meals to a standard of excellence
- Maintaining cleanliness and adherence to food hygiene and safety standards
- Supporting the teamwork ethos in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Joining the UK’s leading team bake scheme (collecting points towards great vouchers!)
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
- No previous chef experience is required – we offer full training!
- A passion for cleanliness and food preparation is a must
- A positive and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to contribute to a creative, collaborative, and fun environment
