Hotel Kitchen - Team Member

Kitchen Team Member – Premier Inn Edinburgh East

Working Hours: 25 hours per week | Wage: Up to £13.56 per hour | Location: 228 Willowbrae Rd, Edinburgh EH8 7NG

Come join our team at Premier Inn Edinburgh East as a Kitchen Team Member and play a key role in preparing, cooking, and serving delicious meals to our guests. No chef experience required—we’ll provide the training and support for you to get started immediately!

Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll be involved in:

  • Preparing, cooking, and serving a range of mouth-watering meals to Premier Inn guests
  • Maintaining high hygiene standards to ensure food safety
  • Assisting with kitchen operations to support efficient service
  • Taking part in a collaborative team effort to deliver top-quality food and hospitality

Great teamwork and positive attitude matter just as much as technical skills—we focus on your passion and willingness to grow!


Requirements

  • You must be 18 years or older (or 16+, with parental permission)
  • No previous kitchen experience needed—training provided!
  • Ability to follow cooking standards and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
