Be part of the thriving Kitchen Team at Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre (St Enoch Square). Whether you’ve had chef experience before or are just starting your career in hospitality, we welcome enthusiastic individuals to help prepare, cook, and serve delicious meals for our well-rested guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality meals for Premier Inn guests
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced but supportive kitchen environment
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
  • Assist in inventory management and meal service
