Kitchen Team Member – Carlisle Central Premier Inn

Paid: Up to £13.06 per hour Hours: 20 hours per week (Permanent contract) Location: Warwick Road, Carlisle, CA1 2WF


About the Role

Come and join the team at Premier Inn in Carlisle Central! As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll prepare, cook, and serve delicious, high-quality meals to our guests. No chef experience is required—just an enthusiasm to work in a vibrant hospitality environment with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Team Member, your role will include:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting a range of menu items to ensure consistency with Premier Inn dish standards
  • Serving food during peak periods while maintaining efficiency and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Assisting in inventory and stock rotation to minimise waste and maintain food freshness
  • Conforming to ASAP in-service (onboarding) training, Safe Left and right programme, regular GTP (Green Ticket by Whitbread) assessments, and creating successful jobs
