Kitchen Team Member – Birmingham City Centre (Waterloo Street)
Are you eager to start a role in the vibrant Birmingham City Centre? Premier Inn is recruiting for **Kitchen Team Members, offering 18 hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour. Join our welcoming team and contribute to preparing, cooking, and serving delicious meals for our guests.
About the Role
Location: 3-6 Waterloo Street, Birmingham, B2 5PG
Hours: Progression to 18-hour weekly shifts (flexibility may apply as the role develops)
Contract: Permanent – no zero-hour contracts!
Requirements: No prior chef experience necessary – all training provided. Just bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll:
- Work closely with guest satisfaction at heart by ensuring our meals are delicious and well-prepared
- Deliver exceptional standards in food quality and presentation
- Support colleagues with a positive and inclusive team ethos
- Embrace training whilst displaying commitment to continuous skill development
You’ll become an integral part of Whitbread, the UK’s leading hospitality business, and help Premier Inn maintain its reputation for trust and excellence.
