Salary: £31,000 - £33,000 pro rata
About the Role

As the Hotel Manager at the UK’s leading hotel brand, you’ll expand our famous name to more guests, uphold our unique culture, and leverage your management expertise to deliver exceptional service. As the hotel’s leader, you’ll also ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone within it.
Manage, develop, and inspire your team to create a vibrant Premier Inn that continuously delights guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance teams to ensure Outstanding guest service and compliance with Premier Inn brand standards
- Steer the hotel’s daily operations—from reception, housekeeping, and bar services to the kitchen—to maintain the title of UK’s #1 hotel brand
- Drive improvement by understanding operational needs and identifying commercial opportunities that enhance guest experiences
- Oversee health and safety standards, ensuring a secure environment for staff and guests
- Maintain accountability for food service quality, upholding our high standards throughout operations

Requirements
You must demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Proven management in hospitality or a similar industry, where you’ve led a team to success
- Strong leadership with a passion for customer service—fluent in fostering trust and engagement across all team levels
- Outstanding team management and communication skills with a authentic, customer-focused approach
- A sharp commitment to safety and service excellence
- Enthusiasm in being part of a forward-thinking business like Premier Inn—a cornerstone of British hospitality
