Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House, and Maintenance teams to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards
  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including the bar and kitchen, ensuring Premier Inn maintains its position as the UK’s top hotel brand
  • Identify key performance drivers and spot commercial opportunities to drive growth
  • Maintain strict health and safety standards while ensuring high-quality food service across all operations

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven leadership in hospitality, with experience managing a successful team
  • Passion for customer service with a natural ability to prioritise guest needs
  • Strong team player with exceptional communication, warmth, and ability to inspire trust
  • Commitment to safety, service excellence and compliance with Premier Inn’s high standards
