This stunning four-star hotel is centrally located within Hull, on Ferensway, minutes from the train station and St Stephens Shopping Centre. The hotel is opposite the Hull Truck Theatre and is a short stroll to the bustling downtown and marina area. This contemporary-style hotel offers a stylish stay for corporate guests and also accommodates leisure guests and family stays with its spacious and relaxing environment.
The hotel boasts 165 bedrooms and a 1,000sqm ballroom for events and conferences. There is a Marco Pierre White Steakhouse and Grill offering hearty meals and a pleasurable atmosphere. Guests will enjoy relaxing with food and drinks in our lounge bar or may choose to visit our rooftop bar The Lexington for panoramic views of Hull and a handmade cocktail on the terrace.
Hotel Manager

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance and a positive team culture.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams and supporting the overall success of the business. You will report directly to the hotel General Manager.

The Opportunity
As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring high standards across guest experience, team engagement and business performance.
Working closely with department leaders, you'll create an environment where teams can succeed, guests feel valued and operational excellence is delivered consistently.
You'll play a vital role in driving commercial success, maintaining standards and ensuring the hotel achieves its objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional service and operational standards
- Drive guest satisfaction and create memorable experiences throughout the guest journey
- Lead, coach and support department leaders and their teams
- Monitor and improve operational performance across all areas of the hotel
- Support the delivery of revenue, profitability and budget objectives
- Ensure compliance with all legal, health and safety, brand and company requirements
- Analyse business performance and implement improvements where required
- Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture
- Manage resources effectively to support operational and commercial success
- Build strong relationships with guests, team members and key stakeholders

What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience within a hotel management role
- Strong operational knowledge across multiple hotel departments
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- A proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced environment
