Company Description
We are looking for a Night Cleaner to join our TRIBE as we launched our first TRIBE Hotel into the London market in August 2022.
Conceived for a new type of traveller, it’s all about the mix. Unapologetic modern design hotels blending mainstream style with bespoke, eye-catching, and iconic pieces. The result is a bold and fun place, offering a high-end experience at a fair price—finally, a place that gives you everything you need and nothing you don’t.
We’re looking for someone curious, caring, and positive, who will play a crucial part in curating the TRIBE experience, defined by authenticity and an obsession with seamless, functional operations.
Job Description: What You’ll Do
- Ensure cleaning and servicing of public areas and back-of-house areas overnight, always aligned with brand standards and maintaining a high level of presentation.
- Report any maintenance defects in public areas or back-of-house to the housekeeping management team.
- Ensure all Health and Safety standards are adhered to and report any breaches to the Head Housekeeper.
- Handle all cleaning materials correctly, adhering to COSHH regulations.
- Attend all required training sessions.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, proactively solving challenges with resilience and good humour.
- Deliver the highest level of customer care, offering a friendly, helpful, and responsive service to guests.
- Assist in cleaning other areas of the hotel as needed.
- Operate cleaning machinery effectively.
