Hotel Night Cleaner – Alton Towers Resort
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Must hold a clean and current UK driving licence
Shift Pattern
- Start: 22:30
- Finish: 07:00
Availability Requirements
Applicants must be available to work 5 nights out of 7, including weekends. One working night must be a Sunday.
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Night Cleaner to join our team at Alton Towers Resort, the UK’s only attraction specialising in making Britain happy!
First impressions matter, and you’ll be one of the first people guests meet when dealing with late arrivals and customer queries. The role involves ensuring the highest level of service and meeting (and exceeding) guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Work across our accommodations: Alton Towers Hotel, Splash Landings Hotel, CBeebies Land Hotel, Enchanted Village (including Treehouses and Pods)
- Ensure the hotels are clean, tidy, and ready for the morning
- Conduct deep cleaning and high-level dusting in guest-facing and back-of-house areas
- Ensure safety by supporting fire evacuation procedures during night shifts

Pay Range
- £12.35 – £13.40 per hour (GBP)
