Hotel Night Cleaner

Night Cleaner – TRIBE Hotel, London

About the Role

We are seeking a Night Cleaner to join us as we launch our first TRIBE Hotel into the London market (August 2022).

Conceived for a modern traveller, TRIBE is all about blending styles—unapologetically modern, eclectic designs that merge mainstream aesthetics with bold, bespoke, eye-catching elements. The result? A high-end yet accessible experience where guests receive everything they need without unnecessary extras. This is a space built to make life effortless—through seamless functionality and authentic hospitality.

We’re looking for curious, caring individuals with a positive attitude, essential to curating the TRIBE experience: an environment where authenticity and precision are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

Your role will ensure our hotel runs like clockwork:

  • Cleaning & servicing of public and back-of-house areas overnight, maintaining brand-standard presentation and functionality.
  • Reporting maintenance defects in public and back-of-house spaces to the housekeeping management team.
  • Strict adherence to Health & Safety standards—any breaches must be reported to the Head Housekeeper.
  • Fully compliant with COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations.
  • Dedicated attendance at all required training sessions.
  • Consistently positive & friendly even when troubleshooting challenges.
  • Delivering exceptional guest service—friendly, responsive, and attentive to guest needs.
  • Assisting with cleaning across all hotel areas as required (including handling cleaning machines).
  • Embracing versatility to take on varied tasks outside core duties.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
