Job Description

ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport is growing its team and is looking for a full-time Night Receptionist (Guest Service Assistant) to work 40 hours per week, with a salary of up to £27,500 per annum plus benefits. This role suits someone who enjoys overnight work, takes pride in delivering great service, and remains friendly, reliable, and professional at all times.

You’ll be the main point of contact for guests throughout the night, ensuring they feel welcome, supported, and well cared for. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing arrivals and departures
  • Handling guest enquiries
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Completing basic computer-based tasks such as reports and system updates

As part of a busy hotel team, you’ll also support other overnight operations. This may include:

  • Serving drinks
  • Taking food orders
  • Carrying out security checks
  • Assisting with early continental breakfast set-up from 4am
  • Helping wherever required to keep the hotel running smoothly

We’re looking for someone with a warm, approachable personality and strong customer service skills. Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is advantageous, and night-shift experience would be beneficial. You’ll need:
