Are you a hands-on hotel leader who enjoys leading from the front rather than managing from behind a desk?
UNO Hotels is seeking an exceptional Hotel Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the newly refurbished UNO Thames Hotel, a boutique riverside hotel in Maidenhead.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in an independent hotel environment where no two days are the same. We are looking for an energetic leader who is passionate about guest service, commercial performance and developing high-performing teams.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the daily operation of the hotel across all departments.
- Delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Driving bedroom, food & beverage and events revenue.
- Managing labour costs, payroll and departmental productivity.
- Coaching and developing the hotel team.
- Ensuring excellent quality standards throughout the property.
- Acting as Duty Manager and leading from the front during busy service periods.
- Building strong relationships with local businesses and corporate clients.
- Supporting the continued growth of one of the Thames Valley's most exciting independent hotel brands.
