Company Description
Suited Interior Design is a specialist interior design studio focused on creating bespoke, memorable experiences for today’s luxury hotel and resort guests. The studio crafts narrative-driven interiors that highlight each property’s character and position it as a distinctive destination.
Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Senior Interior Designer role focused on hotel and restaurant projects.
The Senior Interior Designer will:
- Lead concept development, space planning, and interior design for hospitality environments, translating brand narratives into cohesive design schemes.
- Develop design presentations, FF&E palettes, and construction drawings while collaborating with architects, consultants, and suppliers.
- Manage project timelines, review design details for buildability, and ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and budget requirements.
- Attend client meetings, provide design guidance, and maintain thorough documentation throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

Key requirements include:
- Strong hospitality-focused interior design skills, with expertise in concept development and guest experience-driven design.
- Proficiency in space planning to optimize flooring, operational efficiency, and functional layout for hotels and restaurants.
- Solid understanding of architecture, along with the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated design.
- Experience developing and reviewing construction drawings and technical documentation to ensure accurate execution.
- FF&E expertise in selection, specification, and documentation, with emphasis on durability, sustainability, and luxury brand alignment.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and standard office tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing hospitality design projects from concept to completion, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
- Excellent communication, remote collaboration, and presentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail and strong time management.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements, and industry best practices for international hospitality projects.
