Hotel Receptionist – Full Welcome, Part-Time Role
Be the reason guests love staying with us.
As our Hotel Receptionist, you’ll be the first friendly face our guests meet—and the lasting impression they take with them. From warm welcomes to smooth check-outs, you’ll make every moment feel effortless. Whether you’re answering questions, sharing local tips, or coordinating with our teams, you’ll help create stays that guests genuinely remember.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests, completing check-ins, and issuing room keys
- Collaborating with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready on time
- Handling guest calls, messages, questions, and concerns
- Sharing hotel information, facilities, and local recommendations
- Processing check-outs and resolving billing queries
- Managing payments, charges, reservations, and cancellations
- Generating daily arrival and departure reports

Hours: This is a part-time role (24 hours, 3 days per week), blending early and late shifts, including weekends.
