Front Office Coordinator (Part-Time) – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts and records.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally, delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Follow security and confidentiality protocols to protect guest safety and privacy.
  • Provide clear, accurate information on bookings, payments, and billing.
  • Respond to guest and colleague inquiries, directing them as needed.
  • Promote hotel services and room options to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in front office/hospitality roles is preferred.
