• Proactively uncovers new prospects for the Hotel and maximizes conversion of business in line with the hotel's budgetary goals.• Organizes and plans client meetings, fam trips, site inspections, sales blitzes, mailings, giveaways, and other new creative activities to establish and maintain a healthy client relationship and generate business.• Acquire new corporate clients and groups, proactively searching for new accountstargets and objectives.• Responds to corporate RFPs and contracting Corporate Accounts.• Responds, converts, and contracts MICE/Groups inquiries. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral to effectively communicate the hotel's value proposition• Assists in preparing and compiling data for the strategic sales plan, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts, action plans, and other reports as required.• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, adapting sales strategies accordingly.• Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and revenue management, to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.• Ensures the client database and the information in Opera and Salesforce are always accurate and up to date.• Prepare and present bi weekly sales reports to the Director of Sales and the General Manager
