At Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & Spa, one of London’s premier 4-star hotels between Battersea Park, the River Thames, and iconic Battersea Power Station, we welcome both leisure and corporate guests to 217 beautifully designed bedrooms, eight meeting rooms, a restaurant, bar, and modern gym within the vibrant Chelsea Wharf development.
We are searching for an experienced and motivated Hotel Sales Executive to lead our proactive initiatives, drive revenue growth, and unlock new business opportunities across corporate markets, group bookings, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions).
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with hotels budget and revenue targets.
- Plan and execute client meetings, familiarisation trips, site inspections, sales blitzes, mailings, and creative sales activities to build and sustain client relationships.
- Actively search, acquire, and negotiate contracts with new corporate clients and group bookings.
- Manage and respond to corporate RFPs, including scripting and maintaining corporate accounts.
- Effectively handle, convert, and contract MICE and group enquiries.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials highlighting the hotel’s value proposition.
- Contribute to developing our strategic sales plan, setting annual sales goals, budgets, forecasts, and action plans.
- Conduct market research to track trends, competitor dynamics, and customer preferences, then adapt strategies to stay ahead.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to optimise revenue opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy and currency of client data across Opera, Salesforce, and operational booking systems.
- Provide bi-weekly sales reports to the Director of Sales and Hotel General Manager.

Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates possess:
- A proactive, autonomous, and solution-focused attitude with a “hustler” mentality for new business growth.
- A high degree of flexibility, adaptability, and resilience, along with a positive, “can-do” mentality.
- Strong commercial acumen, a hunter’s mentality, and experience in demand generation.
- Proven 1+ years of experience in London’s hospitality market, specialising in corporate and MICE sales.
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience, ideally within hospitality or high-value meeting spaces.
- A competitive edge with experience in MICE(R); familiarity will be considered highly advantageous.
- Experience using Opera, Salesforce, and Cvent systems (experience is preferred but not exclusive).
- Complete professional proficiency in English and fluency in verbal/written communication.
- Ability to commute within or be based in London to meet client demands.
