We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking hotel security to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the late or night.
Working Hours
11:00am - 23:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the security and safety of the hotel, its guests, and the premises throughout the night.
- Welcome and assist guests with any requests or enquiries during the night shift.
- Answer and direct telephone calls professionally.
- Serve drinks in the hotel bar when required.
- Prepare the restaurant for breakfast service, including Buffet Breakfast, setting tables and ensuring everything is ready for the morning team.
- Clean and maintain all public areas, ensuring they are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Keep the outside areas of the hotel clean and tidy.
- Assist with setting up function rooms and preparing for the following day's events.
- Carry out general maintenance and housekeeping duties as required.
- Complete all assigned tasks during each shift and report any issues to management.

What We're Looking For
- A responsible and trustworthy individual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible, reliable, and well-organised.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided.
