Job Advert: Hotel Services Assistant

Location: Mount Stuart Hospital, Torquay

Hours: 37.5 weekly hours

Salary: £24,944.00 per annum

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Services Assistant to join our fantastic team at Mount Stuart Hospital. The successful candidate will work across the Housekeeping and Catering departments and will be responsible for cleaning of all general hospital areas including patient rooms and the service of food and beverages. In addition, assisting with maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hospital.

What You'll Bring With You:

  • Previous experience of housekeeping and food service duties
  • Experience within a hospital environment (desirable)
  • Methodical and vigilant personality
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Good attention to detail to maintain our high standards
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate for Catering (if not already held company funded training must be undertaken)
  • A good understanding of Hospital Infection prevention processes (desirable or required)

Mount Stuart Hospital is one of Devon's leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services. The hospital opened in 1984 and has 26 bedrooms all with en suite facilities to ensure complete privacy.
