At TLC Care

Our focus is quality of life. The design of the home and its entire operation are dedicated to that cause. Our approach to specialised nursing and care is, we believe, second to none, with highly-trained carers and nurses on hand 24 hours a day to provide assistance to meet the needs and wishes of each individual resident.

Karuna Manor

Offers a beautiful living environment, tasteful and private en-suite rooms and a varied programme of activities that are ideal for an older community in Harrow. Communication is at the heart of providing great care and so English, Gujarati and Hindi are spoken in order to respond to the needs of the widest possible community.

Our delicious vegetarian menu and restaurant-style dining will reflect the preferences of our residents and at the same time be nutritionally balanced to assist wellbeing and recovery.

Hotel Services Manager Opportunity

We have an outstanding opportunity for a Hotel Services Manager to lead the way in providing excellence in Hospitality to make a difference to the lives of our residents.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
