As a Hotel Staff member, your role includes:
- Providing customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience with every visit
- Meeting and greeting guests, and checking them into their hotel rooms on arrival
- Handling phone enquiries and resolving customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay
- Ensuring the front of house remains safe, legal, and clean, resolving any issues efficiently and appropriately
