As a Manor Receptionist, you will:
- Welcome guests with a professional and friendly manner, ensuring they receive an exceptional first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while providing helpful information about the hotel and local area.
- Answer telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any concerns or complaints to ensure a positive experience.
- Carry out administrative and reception duties accurately, including processing bookings and payments.
- Ensure the reception and front-of-house areas are clean, organised, safe, and welcoming at all times.
- Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, friendly attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
- A reliable team player who is happy to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Sufficient spoken and written English to carry out the role safely and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Manor Receptionist
Hours: 4 days per week, with rotating weekends off. Shifts are either 7:00am – 3:00pm or 3:00pm – 9:00pm.
At The Manor, we're committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest.
As the first point of contact, our reception team plays a vital role in ensuring every stay starts and ends on a positive note.
