LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting a Hotel Food & Beverage Team Leader!

We are recruiting for confident Team Leaders to work across our hotel operation within the Food and Beverage department at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. You will have the opportunity to be part of an energetic, fun environment that strives every day to deliver outstanding service to our guests.
Our Hotel Food & Beverage Team operate across several restaurants ranging from fine dining to a traditional 'clubhouse' theme. All of them have their own unique theme and menu offerings.
Shift Opportunities include:
- Full Time, Fully Flexible - hours covering 7am until 11pm

What does this role entail?
A day in the life of a Hotel Food & Beverage Team Leader would include...
- Being a leader within the operation and ensuring the team keep to a high energetic, fast-paced service by driving performance, productivity, and quality throughout
- Being empowering and motivating through delegation to get the best from the team
- Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
- Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
- Working as part of a team as well as leading the team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
- Promoting and sustaining a supportive learning environment
Here are some of the desirable qualities for this role...
- Previous Food and Beverage experience is desirable
- Previous leadership experience is essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks efficiently and within deadlines
- Be adaptable and flexible to support business requirements
- A positive, approachable, and proactive attitude, with the ability to lead by example and demonstrate responsibility and accountability
- The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships across the business and the wider resort
- Due to the nature of this role, which includes bar and alcohol service, applicants must be aged 18 or over in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003
